简介

1982年生,2012年获得东京工业大学电子物理专业博士学位,现为同济大学电子与信息工程学院电子科学与技术系副教授,研究兴趣包括场效应晶体管,有机铁电存储器,场发射器件,摩擦纳米发电机, 超级电容器。欢迎电子科学技术、微电子、材料、物理、化学等专业的优秀学子报考我的研究组。联系我时邮件标题请写明本科学校和姓名。
