We welcome applicants whom have up to two years working experience orjust afteryour university education, are fluent in English and who have an interest in extra-curricular engagements.

Position Summary

You will be joining Ericsson’s R&D center in Shanghai China. The R&D center has more than 1000 R&D engineers developing software that covers the whole product portfolio of Ericsson, including Infrastructure, Circuit and Packet Core network, IP Multimedia System, OSS/BSS, TV & Media. The products developed from the R&D site are sold to customers around the world. And many of the development are done jointly with other R&D center of Ericsson globally. Therefore the teams are working in a very international environment and in a customer-oriented way.

You will join theBSP (blade server platform) developmentteam as aCloud PlatformDeveloper and be ahigh talent with deep domain competence in the organizationto further reinforce capability in cloud platform andIP switching area.The teams use Agile way of working in the daily work, so you will join an agile team collaborating closely with colleagues in Shanghai and other countriestofulfil the team tasks and to achieve the team target together. Typical tasks include:requirement analysis,software design, programming, testing, maintenance etc.

Job Description:

·Requirement analysis, architecture/solution design,programming/implementation and verification for IPswitching areas inside Cloud platform.

·Be one of the main technical interfaces to internal and external stakeholders.

·Work on software craftsmanship and secure superior quality.

·Contribute to product evolution andcontribute tocontinuous improvement.

·Identify key technology trends and bring new technology into our solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:

MS or PhDin any of the following majors: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, etc.

Technical skills

·Strong backgroundand experiencein IP transport, routing and cloud computing (including PaaS, IaaS, SDN, NFV and Cloud Orchestration).

·A software craftsman with excellent software development skills and experience.
