Responsibilities:

- First and second level IT application support to business user,POS or other applications

- Quick response and troubleshooting to IT application issue reported by business user.

- Business requirement analysis, collection, documentation and escalation

- Reporting generation and submit ion

- IT project involvement and management

- Cooperate with Regional office for issue escalation and project roll out

- Vendor coordination and software testing

- Infrastructre support if necessary

Requirements:

- University degree in Business management,Information Systems,Computer Science or related discipline

- Familiar with SQL database and SQL language

- Basic knowledge for BI reporting system, like BI/BO/DW system

- CONGNOS report studio working experience is preferred

- POS/ERP system support experience is preferred

- Good oral and written English skills
