软件开发工程师 / Software Development Engineer
Due to dynamic growth and exciting plans for this year as well as huge ongoing expansion Elekta China is looking forSoftwareDevelopment Engineer.
This position is tofocus on the development and maintenance on Elekta Software products.The selected candidate will work asamember ofglobal teams, be involved into whole life cycle of software development, researching new technology and implementing algorithms/architectural designs. The candidate will gain experience of developing large-scale comprehensive software system. Besides, the candidate will work with a global team to help set technology direction and drive our infrastructure forward.
Responsibilities:
-Contribute to design decisions and discussions with project teams.
-Translate user requirements to software requirements.
-Implement software applications including design, unit testing and validation
-Ensure software quality standards are met through documentation, risk analysis and testing support.
-Develop within Agile philosophy and Scrum methodology.
-Interface with customers and vendors as necessary during the product development cycle; support field services on complex technical issues.
-Participate in activities for improving engineering practices, tools, infrastructure and other quality system processes and deliverables

Job Requirements(skills/experiences/Qualifications)
-Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C#, C/C++, or Java
-Extensive knowledge of T-SQL language.
-Familiar with Windows development process and toolkits.
-Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
-At least Bachelor degree in Engineering and Computer Science or equivalent.
Nice to have:
-Knowledge of Object-Relation Mapping is a plus.
-Familiar with DICOM protocol is preferable.
-Familiar withWCF, web service is a plus.
-Programming skill in C++ and familiar with STL/BOOST is a plus.
-Experience in healthcare information system (HIS/RIS/PACS/EMR) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Partner with development engineers to produce design-for-test software
-Implement, conduct, and document test solutions for software applications
-Test within Agile philosophy and Scrum methodology
-Assist with escalations of customer issues and required
-Participate in activities for improving engineering practices, tools, infrastructure and other quality system processes and deliverables
-Participate in day-to-day scrum activities for the team; work with Scrum team members to design and develop tests
-Maintain a current, working knowledge of technical and quality requirements; comply with Quality Management System requirements
Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
-knowledge of software testing methodology and strategy and revision control
-Skilled in concurrent test method and execution development
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related field of study
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail with a strong focus on quality

-Knowledge of .NET, C++, and Databases is a plus
